Naqshaan curates handcrafted products made using traditional techniques. Due to the nature of handmade items, each piece is unique and may show slight variations in color, pattern, or finish. These variations are part of the product’s character and are not considered defects.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The item is damaged during shipping

• The incorrect item was delivered

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Minor variations in design, color, or pattern

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds

Once a return request is approved and the item is received in its original condition, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
